Grimm's Spiel & Holz Small Four Elements Wooden Building Set is a beautiful heirloom puzzle blocks set that is truly unique! It is a puzzle to solve or a building blocks set. Also can be used to create scenes with wooden figures, or puppet shows. Can be combined with other Grimms puzzle pieces. The four elements of earth, fire, water and air are here represented by a cave, flames, a wave and a rainbow. Comes with the tray for storing the blocks, which measures 9-inches square.

Made in Germany by Grimm's Spiel und Holz Design, who have been making natural wooden toys since 1978. All Grimm's toys are made from sustainable alder, lime, maple and cherry timbers, hand finished with non-toxic and water based dyes, and treated with pure vegetable oil. Spiel & Holz toys use green electricity sources, and minimal packaging.
Wood is an ideal material for children's toys, as bacteria cannot reproduce on wood. Most Grimm's products are grinded by hand -- which gives a more charming expression compared to machined products.
